So the first try was the reboot the server, but situation was same still &#8222;no healthy upstream&#8220;. After some minutes a found that, the certificate of VCSA was expired and this is issue because the VCSA UI not working.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>In this case you need to update the expired certificates with use of vCenter certificate manager through running following command on vCenter CLI.&nbsp; <strong>Dont forget do a SNAPSHOT of your VCSA !<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<pre class=\"wp-block-code\"><code>#\/usr\/lib\/vmware-vmca\/bin\/certificate-manager<\/code><\/pre>\n<p>choose number 6 to replace Solution User certificates and then you need to answer the required information.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><a href=\"https:\/\/tomaskalabis.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/Screenshot-2023-06-23-at-12.26.00.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" width=\"494\" height=\"209\" src=\"https:\/\/tomaskalabis.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/Screenshot-2023-06-23-at-12.26.00-494x209.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-7328\" srcset=\"https:\/\/tomaskalabis.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/Screenshot-2023-06-23-at-12.26.00-494x209.png 494w, https:\/\/tomaskalabis.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/Screenshot-2023-06-23-at-12.26.00-288x122.png 288w, https:\/\/tomaskalabis.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/Screenshot-2023-06-23-at-12.26.00-768x324.png 768w, https:\/\/tomaskalabis.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/Screenshot-2023-06-23-at-12.26.00.png 971w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 494px) 100vw, 494px\" \/><\/a><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>But in my case the option 6 not worked. So i tried option 8 &#8222;Reset all Certificates&#8220; and answer the required information.
