Hyperscale-X node deployment: Inappropriate ioctl for device

i just started a trying to setup my first HS-X node on an DELL R660xs nodes, i download a latest Hyperscale iso image from – https://cloud.commvault.com/  – 11.32 Hyperscale ISO 3.2408 (because of java console, the version 11.34 dont have a native support of java console and if you want it, you have to open a support case to enable it).

i connected the downloaded .iso via DELL iDRAC virtual console and started a boot process. Everything looks fine, but after few seconds i got error „inappropriate ioctl for device„.

After few minutes of „google“ im opened the Commvault documentation  .

So i downloaded the Win32 Disk Imager and created the USB boot media with HyperScale .iso.

When i started a boot process again (be sure, that secure boot is OFF and UEFI boot support is enabled), the installation started successfully.
