View Compower QuickPrep process uses KMS ( Microsot Key Management Service) to activate Windows guest operating systems. You must use KMS licence activation on the parent virtual machine, but if you use composer linked-clones desktop for testing/lab purposes as me, you can use this workaround.
On the parent virtual machine – in my case W10-master-gold-m10-4q run cmd as administrator and change registry value for „SkipLicenseActivation“ from „0“ to „1“ or use regedit.exe
