VMWare ESXi 6.5u1 – There are no free physical adapters to attach to this virtual switch

When i was preparing the new node for my customer (DELL R530) with latest VMware ESXi 6.5u1 i ran into an error with adding the additional physical adapter to existing PortGroup.

The workaround is add the physical NICs to the vSwitch from the command line. 

esxcli network vswitch standard uplink add --uplink-name=vmnic2 --vswitch-name=vSwitch1
esxcli network vswitch standard list
